The DGCA approved Flying Training Organization (FTO) is well equipped with modern glass cockpit Pipistrel SW121 aircrafts, Cessna 172s and a glass cockpit Piper Seneca V multi engine aircraft. The airfield is fully equipped for night flying facilities and a hangar for maintaining and housing aircraft is under construction. With the added proximity of the ILS and VOR at Bhubaneshwar, Birasal is ideal for both VFR, IFR and night flying training. GATI is metamorphizing into an aviation training centre of excellence and an airline pilot training school unlike any before it in India.

As Sales & Marketing Executive, you will help drive go-to-market initiatives while supporting the sales and marketing team/s.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will have a successful track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Experience executing integrated sales and marketing plans, leveraging data and analytics to drive sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Self-starter that takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Hands-on, results-driven mentality
  • Very organized and detail oriented

  • Strong phone contact, email handling skills and active listening
  • Must be able to work in high-energy, fast paced environments
  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

This role will require the successful candidate to:

  • Communicate with senior management about plans and status of go-to-market
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver sales & marketing plans
  • Identify and measure sales outcomes to increase the efficiency of sales activities within the organization
  • Inventory & report management
  • Maintenance and update of CRM database on daily basis
  • Educate, consult, and advise prospects on Gati’s product offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

The candidate for this position will excel at developing and closing sales opportunities. Identify and qualify leads while providing great pre & post-sales student care

  • Generate leads via online & offline channels

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience developing sales and marketing plans and campaigns
  • Goal driven, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a matrix organizational structure
  • Minimum 2-3 years sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Experience working on CRM tools
