Ground School For CPL
Knowledge will be the foundation for your training and career as a pilot. The right knowledge will enable you to pass your DGCA exams, Airline interviews, and most importantly, to apply throughout your flying career in different environments and challenging conditions. At GATI, our ground school is focused on building your knowledge and the practical application of that knowledge. As a part of our ground school, you will undertake 10 hours of simulator training on our state of the art ALSIM250 FNPT II flight simulator. This will allow you to visualize your learning and apply your knowledge for a better understanding of your subjects. Our ground school is DGCA Approved. Course Description

Stage 1
Registration will be completed with the deposit of fees and issue of study material
Stage 2
The ground school will be conducted by experienced, subject dedicated instructors. During the ground school, you will be introduced to flight instruments, flight controls and their effects, navigation concepts, meteorological visualization etc through training sessions in our state of the art ALSIM 250 FNPT II simulator. This will allow you to visualize the application of knowledge during the ground school. The classes will be interspersed with regular tests based on the subject matter and besides testing your uptake of knowledge, will familiarize you to the typical question-answer options you could expect to successfully clear your DGCA exam. Attendance during the ground school is mandatory and will be essential so that you do not fall back on the progression of your knowledge.
The classrooms are highly interactive and you will be required to work in groups and complete assignments at times making presentations to the class. This is a highly effective form of learning and will instil confidence in you.

Stage 3
Our success rate with the DGCA examinations is very good with over 100 IndiGo cadets undergoing training with us prior to proceeding to South Africa for their flight training after successfully clearing their DGCA exams in the first attempt.
